📢 Volunteer Opportunity: Children's Learning Center Easter Egg Hunt! 🐰🥚

Help us bring joy and excitement to the children at the Children’s Learning Center by volunteering at our Easter Egg Hunt! We need 8 volunteers to assist with stuffing eggs, hiding them, and supporting teachers during the hunt.













📅 Event Details:

📍 Where: Children's Learning Center

📅 When: Wednesday, April 16th, 2025

⏰ Time:

  • 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM – Stuff and hide 1,500 plastic eggs

  • 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM – Help children during the Egg Hunt

🥚 What We Need:

✅ 1,500 plastic eggs

✅ 100 lbs of candy & non-food treats

VOLUNTEER RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned, agree to volunteer at the Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Catholic Charities Children’s Learning Center. I understand and acknowledge that volunteering at this event may involve physical activities and interaction with children and families.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Catholic Charities of Central New Mexico (CCASFNM), its employees, affiliates, officers, directors, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in this event. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and assume any risks associated with my role as a volunteer.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and will abide by all safety guidelines provided by event organizers. If I observe any hazardous situations, I will report them to event staff immediately.

PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Catholic Charities Children’s Learning Center and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Easter Egg Hunt. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes in print, online, and other media platforms.

I waive any rights to compensation or approval regarding the use of these materials. I understand that Catholic Charities retains ownership of all media content and may share it publicly to highlight community involvement and outreach efforts.

If I do not wish to be included in photographs or videos, I will notify event staff upon arrival.
