Help us make our 90s Neon Party Fundraiser da bomb by signing up as a volunteer! We need awesome folks to help before and during the event to keep things running smoothly. This totally rad fundraiser benefits ALL Catholic Charities programs and services, so your support makes a big impact!

🎬 Pre-Event Volunteer Roles 🎨


πŸŽ₯ Filming & Producing the Fundraiser Video Ad – Help create a short, engaging promo video to get people hyped!
🎁 Raffle Prize Prep – Organize and wrap up our epic raffle baskets with nostalgic prizes.
πŸ–Œ Rubik’s Cube Box Painting – Paint and label small 5”x5” boxes that represent different sponsorships (groceries, school supplies, childcare costs, etc.). Attendees will purchase these at the event to support specific needs in our community.
🎨 Children’s Art Prep – Get creative by helping prepare the 90s-themed artwork made by kids in our programs for display and sale.

🎈 Balloon Arch Setup (Day of Event) – Help assemble an epic neon balloon arch to set the scene for a slammin’ night!
🎟 Check-In Crew – Greet guests, scan tickets, and hand out wristbands.
πŸ“Έ Photo Booth Attendants – Help guests capture the perfect 90s moment!
🎫 Raffle Table Helpers – Sell raffle tickets and showcase nostalgic prizes like Tamagotchis, Beanie Babies, and slap bracelets.
πŸ₯€ Food & Beverage Support – Assist at the cash bar or direct guests to the food trucks.
πŸ•Ί Activity Assistants – Help with hands-on exhibits, the costume contest, and other event fun!
πŸ–Ό 90s Art Show Assistants – Set up and manage the display of children's artwork and assist with purchases.
πŸ› Memorabilia & Merch Sales – Sell limited-edition 90s-themed fundraiser swag and collectibles.
πŸ“’ Tabling Area Support – Help staff tables featuring Catholic Charities programs, community partners, and event sponsors.
βš’ Setup Crew – Arrive early to help decorate, set up tables, arrange raffle prizes, and prep for a totally awesome night!
🧹 Event Breakdown Crew – Stay after to help clean up and celebrate a successful event!

Who is this registration for?

Volunteer Waiver & Release of Liability
I, the undersigned volunteer, agree to participate in the 90s Neon Party Fundraiser hosted by Catholic Charities of Albuquerque (CCASFNM). I understand that volunteering at this event is entirely voluntary and that participation involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

Physical activity such as lifting, carrying, walking, or standing for extended periods
Interaction with event attendees, other volunteers, and staff
Exposure to outdoor or indoor environmental conditions
I assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation. I voluntarily release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Catholic Charities, its employees, board members, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my volunteer activities.

I understand that Catholic Charities does not provide health, accident, or medical insurance for volunteers. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own insurance coverage and any medical expenses incurred during my participation.

Photo & Media Release
I grant permission to Catholic Charities to take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me during the 90s Neon Party Fundraiser for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes. I understand that these images may be used in:

Social media posts, website, and newsletters
Printed promotional materials and reports
Press releases, news articles, and media publications
I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of these materials and understand that I will not receive compensation for their use. I release Catholic Charities from any claims related to the use of my likeness in these materials.

Volunteer Conduct & Expectations
As a volunteer, I agree to:
βœ… Represent Catholic Charities in a positive and professional manner
βœ… Treat all staff, volunteers, and attendees with respect and kindness
βœ… Follow all event guidelines, instructions, and safety procedures
βœ… Notify event organizers if I am unable to fulfill my volunteer commitment

I understand that failure to comply with these expectations may result in my dismissal from the event.
